“The One with the Holiday Armadillo” originally aired on December 14, 2000.
Ross, wanting to expose Ben to Chanukkah, delays renting a Santa suit until none are available. Phoebe, believing Rachel prefers living with Joey, gives Joey a drum set & a tarantula to cause Rachel to move out. Ross appears to Ben as the Holiday Armadillo, Santa’s representative for the southern states & Mexico. While Ross tells Ben about Chanukkah, Chandler appears as Santa Claus, & Joey appears as Superman. Chandler assists Ross in motivating Ben to hear Ross’ tale, while Joey can’t resist embellishing the story, to Ross’ chagrin. Phoebe & Rachel’s apartment turns out to have a single bedroom, & Phoebe decides to live there herself.

“Lucy & Superman” first aired on January 14, 1957.
In this epsiode, Lucy asks Ricky to get Superman to show up for Little Ricky’s birthday party. (In this episode, he is only referred to as Superman—not George Reeves or the actor who plays Superman. So it is therefore unclear whether the intention was to have the audience believe that he is the actual Superman.) After Ricky tells Lucy that Superman is unavailable, Lucy determines to play the part herself (wearing a helmet to hide her red hair). While Lucy is on the ledge outside the apartment preparing to make an entrance, Superman shows up after all. When Superman hears that Lucy is on the ledge, he climbs out the window to rescue her.
